Meeting Agenda for Planning Donation Drive
We will be coming together to start the planning way in advance of the holiday season. In this meeting, we would like to accomplish the following:
What type of donation drive(s) shall we do?
What is the target population?
How can we leverage existing databases with opt-in consent?
Who will be responsible for what part of the ministry?
